What You’ll Do

• Co-found a SaaS Studio software business in your market of expertise
• Lead customer and market research to define your product vision
• Build and manage a high-performing team of specialists who know how to create winning software products
• Own your company strategy, product roadmap, and KPIs
• Partner with the Studio to maximize the value-add to your business

Your Experience

• Several years of product management experience at strong organizations, including 3+ years in the market the new company will enter
• Experience navigating product concepts to product / market fit
• 2+ years experience managing a team
• Experience recruiting and hiring all-star talent
• A track record of making material contributions to highly successful products

Your Skills & Knowledge

• You can synthesize a wide range of data to form a cohesive product vision
• Deep expertise in market research, customer development, and product testing – especially during the early stages of product development
• Ability to align and motivate your team to deliver high quality product on schedule
• You can handle high level of ambiguity and uncertainty in the product domain, moving fast and learning by doing 
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the Studio
